Service Corps members are part of a University cohort of students practicing service that is aligned with their civic and professional goals. Service placements last twenty-four weeks over two semesters. Participants work approximately 10 hours per week.

One short answer question to be selected by students with a word count 200-words maximum
  1. What does service mean to you and why do you want to be in the Service Corps?
  2. The CUNY Service Corps is more than an internship program. It is a hybrid program that enables you to have a pre-professional experience while providing service to communities in need. Reflect on how being a member of the Corps could make you a more well-rounded student. How could this program enhance your academic experience at CUNY?
