Yesterday, Hostos Community College celebrated the Class of 2018 at its 48th Commencement at New York City Center. With approximately 1,300 students being celebrated, this year marked the largest graduating class in the College’s history—what a fitting way to commemorate Hostos’ 50th Anniversary!
International director, choreographer and educator Luis Salgado served as the keynote speaker for the ceremony. Hostos’ Spring 2018 Valedictorian was Raz Rivera and Swimi Kolancheril served as Salutatorian. Thank you to everyone, including members of our extended Hostos family, who came out to celebrate this milestone commencement!
