Eligibility 1st time freshmen with a HS academic average below 80. Household income must fall within the guidelines established by the state of New York. CD Requirements Attend and complete the Summer Discover Program unless attending high school to obtain a diploma. Be a resident of NYC for one year prior to enrollment.
