The Gonzalez-Tubman Plaque is presented to graduating nursing students who have participated the most in departmental nursing activities.

 

The Florence Nightingale Award is presented to the student who best exemplifies clinical and theoretical excellence as well as the highest degree of professionalism.

 

The Phoenix Award is presented to the student who has overcome overwhelming obstacles to succeed in program completion.

 

As the focus of nursing shifts back to our roots, caring for people at home, we look to hone the skills of our students in this area. This student has achieved distinction.

 

Probity in Professional Development is awarded to the student who has demonstrated the most notable professional development.

 

The Gold Medal Nursing Award is presented to the student who has achieved the highest grade point average in the Nursing Program.

 

The Silver Medal Nursing Award is presented to the student who has achieved the second highest grade point average in the Nursing Program.

 

The Bronze Medal Nursing Award is presented to the student who has achieved the third highest grade point average in the Nursing Program.

 

The Computer Excellence Award is presented to the student whose computer skills have contributed significantly to the program.
