Payments to CUNY Employees
- Note that stipend and honorarium payments to CUNY employees are unallowable. Faculty cannot receive stipend payments and must budget time spent on their grant-related activities (in relation to the scope of work) as effort,summer salary or both. Always check the grant application to confirm that your budget is in line with the sponsor's guidelines.
- Note that cost-sharing and/or matching funds is unallowable unless explicitly stated in the RFP and thus, required by the sponsor.
