Under President Daisy Cocco De Filippis' leadership, Hostos has published several works reflecting its mission and community voices. "The Hostos Value: A Bridge to Success," released in Fall 2020, outlines the College’s mission, legacy and ongoing impact in the community, particularly during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, the Office of the President published "¡Ser intelectual hoy!," an educational supplement for a bilingual panel discussion on the role of intellectuals and the arts in the 21st century. This brief publication highlights select works from Dominican author Chiqui Vicioso, Professors Humberto Ballesteros and Inmaculada Lara Bonilla, and late essayist Camila Henríquez Ureña. Additionally, in Spring 2025, "Peace & Poetry: An Anthology," commissioned by President Cocco De Filippis, showcased poems from students, faculty, and guest poets from the 2023 and 2024 Peace & Poetry events, emphasizing the College's values of community, access, and equity.
