Registration

Enrolling your child at the Hostos Children’s Center is simple. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Complete an Application

• Pick up an application in person
  Hostos Community College Children’s Center
  A-Building, Room 109A

• Download the appropriate Enrollment Package and email the completed application to: pmartinez@hostos.cuny.edu
  • Enrollment Packages:
    •  Enrollment Package: Ages 6 weeks to 12 months 
    • Enrollment Package: Ages 12 months to 48 months

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

• Current Medical Exam (dated within the last year)
• Current Immunization Record
• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Government-Issued Photo ID
• Income Verification (tax return, pay stub, child support letter, etc.)

Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment

• Confirm your child’s schedule
• Review tuition
• Finalize enrollment
