Registration

Enrolling your child at the Hostos Children’s Center is simple. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Complete an Application

You may:
  • Pick up an application in person
    Hostos Community College Children’s Center
    A-Building, Room 109A
OR

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

Please submit the following documents along with your completed application:
  • Current Medical Exam (dated within the last year)
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Income Verification (tax return, pay stub, child support letter, etc.)

Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment

Once your documents are reviewed, a staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment to:
  • Confirm your child’s schedule
  • Review tuition
  • Finalize enrollment
