Enrolling your child at the Hostos Children’s Center is simple. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Complete an Application
You may:
- Pick up an application in person
Hostos Community College Children’s Center
A-Building, Room 109A
OR
- Download the appropriate Enrollment Package and email the completed application to: pmartinez@hostos.cuny.edu
Step 2: Submit Required Documents
Please submit the following documents along with your completed application:
- Current Medical Exam (dated within the last year)
- Current Immunization Record
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Government-Issued Photo ID
- Income Verification (tax return, pay stub, child support letter, etc.)
Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment
Once your documents are reviewed, a staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment to:
- Confirm your child’s schedule
- Review tuition
- Finalize enrollment
