  • Keep Calm and Carry Yarn

    Keep Calm and Carry Yarn Join the Wellness Office in experiencing the wonderful health benefits of crochet and create a warm cozy scarf or other small project. Where: The A- Atrium When: Wednesdays, February 7 through April 24th, from 3 to 5 p.m. Free to all Hostos students. Materials provided while supplies last. Participants are also invited to bring their own crochet materials or projects they are currently working on.


  • Free HIV and STI Testing

    Unsafe sex can mess up more than your bed! Hostos Health and Wellness Center, in partnership with Montefiore Medical Center’s Engage Bronx, will provide HIV & STI FREE monthly testing at Hostos Community College.
  • Heidi’s Healthy Canasta

    Heidi’s Healthy Canasta is an affordable Food-Buying Club for Bronx residents. Produce is received From Jetro and Local Upstate Farmers. Pay based on your income for your share: $15, $18, or $20 (EBT/Cash/Money Order/Paypal). Pre-order by Fridays at noon. Pick up in the A-Atrium from 2 to 4 p.m. on January 23 ONLY Pick up in the C-Lobby from 2 to 4 p.m. every other Tuesday, starting February 6, 2024.


  • Fresh Food Produce for Hostos Students

    Hostos One Stop Program, in partnership with CUNY/NYC Councils and B&Y Catering, will be distributing 160 Fresh Food Produce Boxes (fruits and vegetables) to Hostos students on the following dates:   JANUARY Wednesday, 31, 2024 FEBRUARY Wednesdays, February 7, 14, 21, 28, 2024 MARCH Wednesdays, March 6, 13, 20, 27, 2024 APRIL Wednesdays, April 3, 10, 17, 24, 2024 MAY Wednesdays, May 1, 8, 15, 2024
