Virtual Info-Session On August 6 | 10 AM

The Climate Justice Action Fellowship is open to current CUNY undergraduate and graduate students enrolled for the 2025-2026 academic year who are interested in organizing to advance social and climate justice.

The Fellowship will run from October 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The Hub will select 9 to 12 CUNY undergraduate and graduate students, and each will receive a $5,000 fellowship award.

Fellows will:

  • Build organizing and leadership skills.
  • Learn about climate justice policy in NYC.
  • Work directly with the NYC Environmental Justice Alliance (NYC-EJA).
  • Support campaigns focused on energy, waste, transportation, extreme heat, and more.

All selected participants must attend a Mandatory Training Academy between October 7-9, 2025, from 5 - 8 p.m. at a Manhattan location to be disclosed upon final selection of fellows.
