How do I access the course evaluation survey?
On Monday, December 1, 2025, a link was sent to your Hostos email from Qualtrics inviting you to complete your course evaluations.

The email from Qualtrics will include a link to a course evaluation for each course you are taking this semester.

If you don't receive the link on December 1, 2025, check your junk mail.

The link will expire on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.

Once the link expires, there will be no additional opportunities to complete the course evaluation.
