Step 1: Apply to Hostos Community College Prospective students must first submit an application for admission to Hostos Community College. Admission to the College is required before consideration for the College Discovery Program. Step 2: Submit the College Discovery Interest Form After applying to or enrolling at Hostos, students must complete the College Discovery Interest Form. Submission of the form allows the College Discovery Office to assess preliminary eligibility and initiate contact with the student. Complete the Interest Form here. Submission of the Interest Form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Step 3: Eligibility Review and Documentation Students who appear eligible based on initial review may be contacted by the College Discovery Office to submit additional documentation. This may include academic records, residency verification, or financial information required to confirm eligibility under the CUNY opportunity program guidelines.
