Gabriel “Kwikstep” Dionisio is an international icon in breaking, and Ana “Rokafella” Garcia (also known as La Roka) was named by Latina magazine as “one of the most iconic b-girls in hip-hop history.”
In a groundbreaking reunion, this husband-and-wife team will bring back together their acclaimed Bronx-based hip hop, street dance group - Full Circle Souljahs. This celebration will showcase their innovative street and hip-hop choreography with a focus on the deep cultural roots and artistry of classic dance styles such as Lockin, Poppin, Breakin, Rockin and Salsa!
Join us for a "retro future" night dedicated to the legacy of Full Circle Souljahs honoring the Bronx roots of these original art forms. Kwikstep and Rokafella will perform the NYC premiere of “Thief of Hearts,” original cast members will reprise their roles onstage, and the evening culminates in a jam session with a live band.
