Philip Oliveri, Esq. has been appointed as the new Chief Diversity Officer at Eugenio María de Hostos Community College, effective Monday, March 27, 2023. An experienced attorney, Oliveri comes to Hostos with a demonstrated track record of conducting full and fair investigations and legal analysis.
Before coming to Hostos, he served as Senior Field Counsel at the New York City Department of Education for 8 years, and before that as an Agency Attorney for approximately 5 years. Oliveri began his career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, in its Investigations Unit.
Philip Oliveri, Esq. holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Latin American Studies from New York University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University Law School.
