PLO 1 Students will analyze the pros and cons of current social and political issues in education, especially in urban and diverse settings, using scholarly resources. PLO 2 The student will plan and organize lesson plans, including activities and assessments, across the content areas that support the development of language arts and literacy skills in early-childhood education and accommodate special needs and learning styles. PLO 3 Students will organize creative activities within the areas of visual arts, music, and movement that support the development of ELA, literacy, and Math skills and allow for individualized instruction to maximize the potential for success for students in a culturally, linguistically, and physically diverse classroom.
